GCA Participated in Member Debriefing Meeting of Sustainable Food Platform
We have participated the debrief meeting of Sustainable Food Platform where results of three separate consumer research were shared with members of the platform. The conducted studies were entitled as “Sociocultural Consumer Trends”, “Consumer Carbon Foot Print Awareness” and “Food Transparency and Traceability”. We attended the meeting in line with our vision of ensuring the continuous satisfaction of all our stakeholders and acquired valuable insights on how and to what extent the issue of sustainability affects the preferences of the consumers, how this effect creates opportunities for brands, and the issues that brands should pay attention to in order to shape their strategies in line with consumer preferences.
Adopting the principle of “sustainable food for a sustainable future”, Sustainable Food Platform is working towards a healthy, reliable and sustainable food production and consumption in a holistic manner to prove a better living for current and future generations. In order to achieve this, Sustainable Food Platform works to raise public awareness and to enhance the collaboration of the stakeholders to improve the sustainability performance of the industry. GCA has been representing Gürok Group in Sustainable Food Platform since last year.
