The Sustainable Future of Glass Packaging Discussed on CNBC-e’s “Ortak Yarın” Program

The transformation of the glass packaging industry with a focus on sustainability was discussed on the 'Ortak Yarın' program broadcast on CNBC-e. Our General Manager and Vice Chairman of the Board of ÇEVKO, Dr. Abdullah Gayret, participated in the program as a guest alongside Mr. Mete İmer, Secretary General of the ÇEVKO Foundation.  

During the broadcast, the sustainability approach in glass packaging, lightweighting practices, the roleof cullet usage in resource efficiency and environmental impact and the importance of recycling within the circular economy were evaluated.   

At GCA, we approach sustainability in glass packaging as a holistic approach extending from production processes to sectoral collaborations; we continue to develop solutions that contribute to the transformation of the industry.
