Our evaluation process is carried out online on Human Resources Portal. Our employees can follow all the stages of the evaluation process on this portal.
We provide feedback training for all our new employees and teach them the secrets of giving feedback so that the feedback processes in the performance evaluations can appropriately advance in line with our procedures. Therefore, we try to manage the feedback process, the most important issue separating 360-degree performance system from other conventional methods, in the most effective way.
TRAINING AND CAREER PLANNING PROCESSES
The most important outputs of performance evaluation process in GCA (GCA; Gürok Glass Packaging) is its contributions to the process of training and career planning. Evaluations performed revealed the aspects that our employees need to improve themselves. To improve these aspects, personal training plans ares being formed.
