EKOMAT Project Has Been Implemented In Yalova!

EKOMAT Project, which provides 100% recycling of glass, plastic and metal beverage packages with deposit return machines, was implemented in Yalova for the first time in Turkey. The EKOMAT Project, financed by GCA and Park Cam and carried out by the Bircam Foundation, was initiated with the cooperation of the municipalities of Yalova and Çiftlikköy. In Yalova, which was chosen as the pilot province, 30 "EKOMAT" were positioned at 15 points. Citizens who go to the deposit return machines will earn points worth of money from their recyclable wastes with the mobile application.
