We Participated as a Bronze Sponsor at EcoMat 2025 Conference

As GCA, we took part as a bronze sponsor in the 4th EcoMat – Materials & Technologies for a Sustainable Future Conference, held between July 28 and August 1, 2025, at Istanbul Technical University’s Maçka Campus. The event, which focused on sustainable materials and technology solutions, provided a valuable platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration by bringing together representatives from academia, industry, and the public sector.

The symposiums, organized under six thematic tracks, addressed current sustainability-oriented topics such as energy storage technologies, circular economy practices, renewable energy systems, and smart materials. At the booth we set up in the conference area, we showcased our eco-friendly glass packaging solutions and shared our sustainability approach, which is grounded in R&D and design, with participants.

In the framework of the conference program, our Sustainability Manager Başak Dik delivered a presentation titled “A Future Shaped by Glass”, highlighting the circular nature of glass, its role in sustainable material transformation, and GCA’s vision in this field.

We remain committed to supporting our dedication to sustainability through scientific and sectoral platforms, and to continuously emphasizing the infinite recyclability and environmental benefits of glass.
