Sustained Leadership in Certifications and Quality Standards
In 2025, GCA once again demonstrated its commitment to the highest global standards in food safety, hygiene and quality management. Following an unannounced audit conducted by RINA, the company retained the highest possible AA+ rating under the BRCGS Packaging Materials Global Standard, maintaining its distinction as the only glass packaging facility in Türkiye to hold this certification. This achievement strengthened GCA’s international reputation for reliability, transparency and uncompromising quality — reaffirming its dedication to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Digital Transformation Enhancing Production and Customer Experience
A key pillar of GCA’s journey in 2025 was the expansion of digitalization initiatives under the “GCA for the Future” program. AI-driven tools, data analytics and new ERP- and CRM-based systems were integrated across production and business processes. These investments increased capacity, improved process efficiency and enhanced the employee and customer experience. Beyond technological modernization, this transformation built a more agile organizational structure, enabling faster decision-making and stronger performance management across the company.
