1- Who is the target audience for your employer brand?

We have defined a wide variety of strategies in conjunction with our new employer brand, GCA Career Forward. In our interactions with potential employees and interns, we strive to present a company image that is appealing, dependable, and focused on continuous improvement. We intend to increase employer brand recognition through initiatives that target youth organizations, universities, HR associations, local and national clubs, and other relevant platforms. We hope to maintain our company’s visibility to prospective employees and foster connections with future talent in this way. Getting recognized as an employer brand by media organizations and their members that focus on human resources is another one of our top priorities. Through experts and influencers in the field, we hope to boost the credibility and appeal of our employer brand in such manner.

2- What does your employer brand promise? What is the value proposition?

Our employer brand is distinguished by our commitment to ongoing growth and improvement. This commitment underlines that our organization comprehends the complete range of expectations held by its present and prospective employees and fosters an environment that facilitates their growth on both personal and professional levels. We focus on revealing employees' true potential and opportunities for advancement by demonstrating an openness to learning new information. We simultaneously emphasize our aspiration to establish ourselves as a reputable and trusted organization through our commitment to significant achievements. To achieve the best results and provide value to our stakeholders, we, as a company that inspires success for each of our stakeholders, forge strong relationships with other businesses within Gürok Group and provide mentorship opportunities.

3- What is your slogan and what does it mean?

Our slogan "Proceed for the Future" emphasizes that not only our company, but also our employees and stakeholders are working together to achieve a common goal. This call for progress, which focuses on future improvements, opportunities, and success, not only helps our company grow, but also helps our employees grow personally and professionally, giving them control over their future.

4- How would you characterize your company? Why should applicants select GCA? What distinguishes you from other companies?

GCA distinguishes itself primarily through its commitment to innovation, open communication, career support, and education-focused development with all this our facilities contain the same technology as well as those of multinational corporations operating in Türkiye, Europe, and the United States. We possess an extensive background of around three decades in the glass industry, which we have expanded to include the glass packaging sector. We are at a good point in terms of knowledge and experience, and we hope to expand this even further through R&D projects.

5- What changes happened at GCA as people from different generations started working there?

Bringing together different generations increased diversity. This promoted creativity and innovation by bringing together diverse viewpoints. Younger generations are more technologically savvy, they have accelerated the digitization of business processes. This facilitated the implementation of more efficient and interactive working methods within the organization. Generation Y and Z place a higher value on flexible working models. That is why we are focusing on increasing employee satisfaction by implementing flexible work arrangements, such as remote work opportunities. Different generations are working to shape and develop their careers. As a result, we've increased our investment in internal training programs and opportunities for advancement. All these modifications contribute to our organization's commitment to embracing diversity and collaborating towards shared objectives through the integration of the respective strengths of each generation. Respecting different generations' values enriches and strengthens our company culture.

6- Can you tell us more about the employee experience at GCA? What type of organizational framework are you employing?

At GCA, we have a straightforward yet efficient organizational structure. At all levels, our employees communicate and interact frequently. In response to the underrepresentation of women in the glass manufacturing industry, we are also leading the way in the employment of women in hot production areas. This approach is a pioneering step in the industry. Ensuring the growth and progress of our personnel is a fundamental concern of ours. We consistently bring in fresh talent to our team, as evidenced by the over thirty percent representation, particularly in female leadership roles. We attach utmost importance to education in our corporate culture. Our training programs are designed to enhance the competencies, knowledge, and skills of our employees.
